I love music
but unfortunately...

I have no talent for it.

I've attempted to learn
to play the guitar
several times
to no avail
and I will not be able to distinguish whether a note that someone's playing is either
a Do or Re
even if my life depended on it.

So I figured...
Though I may not have the ability to understand the way a bass line vibrates...
or the magic that I may witness in a soulful beat and a banging burst
when I listen to music...
I can at least appreciate the words.
